Use structured arXiv metadata to follow author searches, category activity, topic overlap, and revisions without overclaiming identity.
Use author-field searches in the arXiv Papers Scraper for known researchers and category-field searches for streams such as cs.CV. Keep these Tasks separate so author activity is not confused with category-wide volume.
Explode authors and categories into link tables keyed by arXiv ID. Track first submission and last update independently. Normalize whitespace, but keep original names and avoid automatically merging people with similar names.
