Monitor Pharma-Sponsored Clinical Trials
Track sponsor trial portfolios with official registry snapshots, stable NCT IDs, update dates, intervention fields, and transparent status changes.

Create one sponsor-field Task per organization in the ClinicalTrials.gov Scraper. Sort by recent updates and collect enough rows to cover the observed portfolio. Snapshot NCT ID, status, phase, conditions, interventions, enrollment, lead sponsor, collaborators, dates, and results availability.
Compare snapshots by NCT ID. Flag new studies, status changes, enrollment revisions, new locations, and posted results, but retain both old and new values. Company naming varies, so maintain an explicit alias table rather than merging sponsors with fuzzy matching alone.
Registry changes are signals for analyst review. They do not establish program success, regulatory approval, ownership, or market value. Link every alert back to the official study record.
Frequently asked questions
Is the lead sponsor the same as every collaborator?
No. Store lead sponsor and collaborators separately.
Can registry data prove commercial intent?
