Start with a condition search in the ClinicalTrials.gov Scraper, then screen the returned overall_status, eligibility criteria, age, sex, interventions, contacts, and locations. Keep the last-update date because recruitment information can change.
Do not filter only on the overall study label. A study may be recruiting globally while a nearby site is closed or has no current status. Expand locations into a separate table keyed by NCT ID, and confirm any actionable opportunity through the canonical registry page and contact.
